2020–2021 |  Nurture BK Compost used for promotional materials (Flatbush and PLG neighborhoods in Brooklyn, NY)

This is a community-run compost collection, food drive (Flatbush Friendly Fridge is our local mutual aid pantry), and recycling initiative that we created in response to NYC cutting sanitation services during the pandemic. We're expanding into a larger, post-pandemic green alliance with local businesses and the parks department, and I’m helping to organize and assisting on graphic design. Since these areas are typically underserved by NYC even in the best of times, we've decided to find ways to feed and keep the community healthy on our own terms.
